"Underneath the Christmas tree some ornaments have fallen and taken on a life of their own." This highly imaginative performance features puppets made from Christmans ornaments and tree garland. The 30 minute production utilizes string (marionettes) puppets. The production is presented in arena staging. The technical data sheet specifies a larger size than is actually needed. However for larger groups, the performing area can be easily expanded.

The production can also be given on an auditorium stage as long as the floor of the stage can easily be seen by the audience. This means that the auditorium stage should be a high stage, and the seating in the auditorium should be raked.

The show is variety of musical numbers with many of the string puppets performing extremely close up with the audience. While this is not an "audience participation" performance there is a close intimacy with audience members and the puppets.
